At LUXLIFT, we are committed to providing you with high-quality gym apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. - Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:- Underwear
- Swimwear
- How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at luxliftgym@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and we will arrange the return.
Refund Policy
- Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. - Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at luxliftgym@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item.
